Upcoming 2008 July National Show

Betsy Dillard Stroud, AWS, D.F., NWS, will be our judge for the 2008 July National Show and workshop instructor. She is a former Editor of International Artist Magazine and has written for many major art magazines for the last twenty years. Betsy is the author of "Painting from the Inside Out" and "The Artist's Muse: Unlock the Door to for your Creativity". She is also one of 26 Americans who has been invited to exhibit in November, 2007 in Nanjing, China in the Jiangsu Museum in the first International Exhibition of Watermedia World Masters.
The workshop dates are June 23 through June 27 with the fee being $370. for the 5 days. Reservations, along with $185. deposit, will be taken from AAS members beginning January 7th and on February 15th from the general public.
Ben Owen III will be our 3D judge for the 2008 July National Show, and will be presenting a 3D workshop. This will be a one day demonstration workshop on June 23rd from 9-4PM at the Trinity Methodist Church, Southport, NC in the Fellowship Hall. The $100 registration fee includes a catered lunch.
